posted 1 day ago

shock took the maximum amount of maps possible per stage, even after dropping 3 maps
that's just insane to think about.

sparkle is so good at doomfist that he makes brandito look like a plat

also hanbin's zarya is really the enabler for sparkle to play so well, so shout-out to him

im not putting blame on flame, but almost everyone originally picked up in s1 just happened to be good friends with flame
outlaws has been accused in the past for flame's nepotism, so i really dont think the issue is that flame doesnt have enough power

i have waited literally ages for buds to finally get a paycheck again

this match gonna be in dallas right? really hoping it wont be disappointing...

edit: its not

posted 4 weeks ago

LOL i heard uber take the largest breath of air after outlaws finished their attack
the rap god can actually run out of breath and proves to be mortal

posted 1 month ago

i cant give a strong opinion on good dvas in lower ranked teams because their teams will weigh them down, but out of the top teams, choi is exemplary in every part of his role

posted 1 month ago

But is he a native a native New Yorker 🤔

when did OWC start filling in downtime with a cat livestream LOL

i remember when fnrgfe had a bunch of old tf2 players and beat selfless on their first match in owc s0
its crazy just scrolling thru old matches from 2 years ago and seeing all the old names that already quit

essentially, patch notes:

  • ashe can farm BOB in 20 seconds against goats (more armor dmg w/ dynamite)
  • lucio can boop dvas now although every other hero has doubled their lifespan on ilios well (equal knockback to all heroes)
  • hammond can stall volkaya last/2nd even longer (can shield while balling)
  • ATL reign is going to be the most popular team (torb now more viable, soldier even more)
  • J LUL KE returns (junk dmg buff)

also batiste is good

posted 2 months ago

ok then

posted 2 months ago

big bully bumper has zero fear

posted 2 months ago

okay chengdu got pretty crazy
their hammond comp was great as usual, but i think their ability to play goats at ATLs level was also just as impressive

Predictions votes on matches pages.

although it'd probably turn out weird if you showed the votes of only two people, i definitely would wanna see this, especially for OWL matches

"Leak and rumors" is probably the least likely to happen. I figure it requires even more time investment than prompt reporting

thats entirely true, most leaks you see are from places like ESPN who have professional reporters. either that of slasher's twitter lol

Hopefully more expansion teams come next year because if a team has to play 2 games AND travel in the same week, they're gonna crash and burn. The league should prioritize making the teams travel less, and presumably, they would do that as to minimize costs. Also, all teams need to travel together in order to scrim, so most likely you'll see away-away games such that Dallas and Boston could play each in Seoul (which isn't much crazier than our current setup).

posted 2 months ago

id probably put chengdu a bit higher, probably first or somewhere like that

posted 2 months ago

every other game will die now, halo is going to be the only game we play for the next generation
halo.gg please

sorry learning shakespeare in school permafucked my grammar

uber really sounded like he was running out of breath during that last fight on ilios ruins
i think he made the match far more insane than what it deserved, too underrated still

posted 2 months ago

dang pretty nice move theyre tryna make, hope it all works out long term

posted 2 months ago

now nobody can spectate any of this teams games cause theyre all gonna have jitter aim like mike

If "the league is "being reasonable and [Philly and the OWL] having an open discussion", hopefully both Elk and Fusions are gonna see some possible playtime for the remainder of Stage 1. Not seeing Fusions for the rest of Stage 1 would be a shame, and it'd make the OWL look pretty disorganized. Really praying to see some exceptions made for these players.

posted 2 months ago

why is this team so prone to dramatic outbursts and legal issues lol

posted 2 months ago

ok i just had a stupid idea but what if we watched the NBA in first person
i think im a marketing genius

posted 2 months ago

I feel like the production has been relying too much recently on freecam to capture much of the GOATs meta's action. Traditionally, first-person spectating is used in FPS games, and you can really experience every clutch play and highlight live. Even though a lot of this meta does require freecam to capture the state of the game, it's just overused and takes the excitement out of the game. Keeping the camera on a freecam spectator is far easier than switching between player POVs, but I'm not implying the production team is lazy; I just feel this "flaw" could be addressed.

Thoughts? (not saying I wanna see a 24/7 brig cam though)
