Also tbh I think Xzi has been a greater impact to his tem then Carpe atm maybe because its a genji meta and Carpe is not the genji player but he isn't showing up even like Profit, who I really think should be in this line up for MVP

posted about 3 years ago

See, (people are going to kill me) Carpe is still a clutch player don't get me wrong, he's a better candidate then many on the list for MVP, but I don't think he is MVP worthy.... He hasn't shown his old brilliance of clutching 1v5s and carrying his team, maybe because his team has gotten better together or because the competition is stronger now. Also DPS atm is not always the difference maker in fights, I think the real MVP should really be either violet or a flex-tank, in the current meta, immortality field and the decision of sub-tank players have been key difference maker in fights. Also I think that Fleta deserves at least on MVP for all the work he did in Seoul, but Shanghai is just so good as a team its hard to say Fleta is the one at the core... Xzi is up there with his genji prowess sure but I don;t think that alone can push him into the MVP spot...

Calling it now, Florida vs Paris

I feel life Seoul would have done a better job then this... in mirror Seoul really was on par and sometimes dominated spark.... it was when they decided to run reaper...

Westernize... welp we see how well Vancouver fared with that hopefully Dallas does it better but seriously I forgot AKM existed in this rooster.... XD Also I just don't know about the current players.... these guys have not really shown much spark of life...

Kaiser to owl!

well lets be honest, before GOATS everything was whoru genji pharah and carry with alarm being the insane flex-support he still is. When GOATS rolled around what is there to really coach besides individual skill and positioning? I think with this new fluctuating meta aero was just exposed.
And World Cup? Lets face it I might be a sore looser but SK didn't even get to practice before the competition and USA had stacked players, just as stacked as SK and it came down not to USA's superiority but the lack of practice and coordination by SK.

Good call proven talent as a head coach but I think he lacks on the department of creativity.

Boston has never lost to the Gladis but this season Boston hasn't really won hmmmmmmmmm

Alright 6 korean player against 1 japanese player, hopefully no cultural fights happen

posted about 3 years ago

I'm assuming Korea because they said something about how they need a couple weeks for health and safety which kinda seems like Korea;s 12day policies and lets face it, Korea is the safest place to host such an event and OGN is always open

posted about 3 years ago

These two teams have the exact same score differentials lol

Onigod fed where's Decay
(lets see how many angry comments I get)

Lets be honest biggest waste is having Lip Dding and Fleta on a team lol stacked roster but each of them could have been a starter

just realized that lol

The APEX season 2 final match is coming back May 31st 5 PM kst. It will be broadcasted through the Korean Overwatch channel. The players will be Ryujehong, tobi, Miro, whoru, leetaejun, zunba, Gido, Kaiser, Runner, haksal, bumber, stitch, and Twilight.

Those Chinese players better learn Korean to play in a Chinese team XD

posted about 3 years ago

It makes me sad that owl has destroyed the two greatest teams in overwatch history from APEX. We lost lunatic-hai, who pioneered professional winston dive meta with winston as a main tank, wrote the guide for how to play ana, and now we lost Runaway...

posted about 3 years ago

I don't think seoul needs JJanu, if DVa meta becomes a thing they still have michelle for it. Twilight would be a slight upgrade from Bdosin but not necessary imo but Haksal.... Seould needs a echo player and we've seen whoru play a good echo....

They aren't in the Asian region they have a chance lol

Maybe they are planning a mass move to valorant

posted about 3 years ago

Tobi is and has been always a legend, kind of hidden in the shadow of Jehong but now he be dominating

posted about 3 years ago

Hey justice, you know what DPS are available? Haksal Stitch and Seominso :)

posted about 3 years ago

This team is going to get crap no matter how they do.
Also not too much faith that a team created just now can perform well in the coming matches.

posted about 3 years ago

Honestly just bring back the good ole Apex with gengi dive, ryuana, miro winston.... haksal blade..... kaiser shatter.... okay imma go cry now

posted about 3 years ago

If Seoul wins this match, which is unlikely, the power ranking are gonna be screwed up lol

posted about 3 years ago

You have a point but to be fair that come with picking up a whole roster. Usually fans grow with the players. Also I really think OWL making team regional is kind of stupid. I mean first off OWL kinda "stole" what Korea had made with APEX but made it worst I don't know if you watched APEX but the management back then didn't have any of the problems the League is experiencing now. Yes Corona is new but still...
Like OWL is the only E-sports game I know that has "regional" teams.

If that's the case then the Vancouver train is crashing and burning

must say Florida mayhem doing fine this season :P

posted about 3 years ago

Is this the beginnings of a brand new overwatch team? XD Imagine all of them in contenders lmfao

posted about 3 years ago

Its interesting that Seoul is lacking in what I would have guessed was their signature comp. dive. In season 2, Seoul had the making of a top tier team and showed it near the end but 33 stopped them short. Now with this new meta I thought Seoul would be comfortable. Maybe Gesture is to aggressive or Bdosin isn't focusing on gesture? Whatever the reason Seoul needs to focus on getting a better dive strat. Its like seeing S.1 where miro would always be melted as soon as he jumped in.

posted about 3 years ago

All of this is kind of saddening... I wanted to see Ryujehong playing Echo since he is a formal dps and a versatile sub healer who has had a gig of playing winston XD

posted about 3 years ago

But you know family and parents...

posted about 3 years ago

I guess to be fair these players are still very young so their parents and family members really didn't want them to go back? (this is 100% a theory and one that's probably not true)

posted about 3 years ago

I really don't think its that though, if Vancouver had stayed in Vancouver the whole time maybe, but the organization is asking the team to risk their health in order to do this. They didn't have adequate facilities for the team yet brought them to Korea and now are asking them to go back. I find this absurd
Second, if Jjanu was the only one leaving the team then I would not have put the blame on the team but the fact that the coach is leaving I think is telling of the situation.

posted about 3 years ago

I bet Seoul since Seoul only has one off tank atm

posted about 3 years ago

Honestly, I personally like youtube better since if I tune in too late into the match I can just go back to the beginning and watch it when it is live.

posted about 3 years ago

aaaa~ Jjonak nanoing whoru vs ryu nanoing Haksal.... Ironic

posted about 4 years ago

Lots of negative feelings, but I think Vancover will bring in Mag as rumored so it should all even out even if fissure is on the team :P still... Bumper... his run from an off-tank to a main tank was a exciting one.
