It's interesting that you have to start out strong to prevent your team from tilting.

I notice that I primarily lose because of team compositions (this observation includes throwers). I try to switch as fast as possible when I see an opportunity for a counter/better composition. If they want to play Bastion, play around them.

Knowing win conditions is super important. If you completed an escort map, stall out the other team. If it's the final point of capture or hybrid or escort, go DVA, go Reaper because everyone will be fighting on point.

I climbed really easy using 76. Take high ground, go for high ground flanks, focus fire supports.
