Lucky Future snagged the bronze medal in the Premier Series 2017 - Spring, but failed to pass the quarterfinals in the Premier Series 2017 - Summer and the Premier Series 2017 - Finals. Miraculous Youngster on the other hand have been declared the best team in the China, taking both the Premier Series 2017 - Summer and the Premier Series 2017 - Finals trophies.

The tournament will use a single-elimination bracket, beginning with Lucky Future vs. Cloud9 Kongdoo, and Lunatic-Hai battling vs Miraculous Youngster in the semifinals. The two winners from those matches will meet in the grand finals to determine who claims the prize in the Seoul Supercup.
