The Toronto Defiant Toronto Defiant OWL Rank #20 Ivy Lee Seung-Hyun dps Stellar Lee Do-Hyung dps Yakpung Jo Gyeong-mu tank envy Lee Kang-jae (이강재) flex Neko Park Se-hyeon (박세현) support Aid Go Jae-yoon (고재윤) support have announced their next pair of players, Aid and Yakpung . Aid previously played for GG Esports Academy. Yakpung was a member of O2 Ardeont before joining the Defiant.

Aid joined OpTic Academy, then the academy team of the Houston Outlaws, at the beginning of the year. He remained with the organization as their academy team became GG Esports Academy. While he qualified for playoffs in Contenders Season 1, he and his team fell short in Contenders Season 2. They never competed in Trials, dropping out of the competition instead.

Yakpung previously played for O2 Ardeont, joining the team when it entered Contenders Korea Season 1. While with O2 Ardeont he played alongside Ivy and Stellar, who were announced to the Defiant.

The Defiant have now announced one player for every position. The roster, now up to six players, will need two more additions to meet the league's roster minimum.
