Xepher last played for Light Gaming in Contenders China. He and the team qualified for both weeks of Contenders China played so far this year, however both times they had their runs ended by eventual two-week champions Team CC. Xepher is most notable, however, for his time in the Overwatch League. After joining the Seoul Dynasty ahead of the inaugural season, he played just nine matches for the team. He was then traded to the Florida Mayhem during the 2018 offseason. As the starting off-tank for the Mayhem for the first three stages of the 2019 season, he and the team netted just two wins during the period. He was then released by the team in the offseason. He now rejoins Top Honor after playing for the team when they were in Open Division.
Also joining the team is Delight, who last played for GC Busan Wave. He was with the team since its founding ahead of Season 2 of Contenders Trials 2018: Korea. Though he and the team qualified for that season of Contenders, and every season from then on in 2018 and 2019, they never finished beyond the quarterfinals in the playoffs. After failing to win a single match in 2020--save for a seventh place tiebreaker against T1 in the seeding tournament--GC Busan Wave dropped the roster at the end of March. This will be Delight's first new team since GC Busan Wave was formed.
The new additions come after Top Honor placed second in Week 2 of Contenders 2020 Season 1: Korea. They beat Meta Athena, Gen.G Esports and Lucky Future en route to the finals, before falling to O2 Blast.
Top Honor now has nine players on their roster, meaning at least one player will not participate in the next week of Contenders.
