Recently, the Legion have parted ways with off-tank Gods and DPS Far after their contracts expired. xQc will be the team's backup for Panker , who is a two-way player for the Legion and Gladiators.

When not competing for the Legion, xQc will represent the Senteniels and Legion on his main platform, Twitch. According to the Senteniels press release, "xQc will both continue streaming a variety of games and conduct a weekly stream with players from the Sentinels and Gladiators organizations in games including Fortnite and Overwatch."

xQc began the first season of the Overwatch League as a member of the Dallas Fuel. The team dropped him, however, after he received two separate suspensions during the first two stages of the season. Aside from a short stint on the GOATs Trials roster, he has not played professionally since.

According to recent Twitch metrics, xQc is in the top 10 of the most watch Twitch streamers on the platform, edging out big names such as Ninja, TimTheTatman, and the ESL CS:GO channel.

For a starting six-man roster, the Legion will need to announce another DPS and an off-tank. Should they choose, the Legion can still recruit two more players from outside of North America, per Blizzard's Contenders nationality restrictions.
