Maybe they wouldn't beat rogue but they would be able to beat everyone else, a pre-existing roster is probably better than any of the teams that will be thrown together through this because they already have the practice and experience of playing as a team. An NA mix team would not be better than LG + 1

It seems like the reason TSM didn't sign a team is because they can't afford being in OWL which would mean thus far OWL is already pulling big investors. This shows good signs for the league.
