Another will be replacing Takoyaki, who left Element Mystic at the end of 2019. He joins after Element Mystic underwent a roster overhaul after several were lifted into the Overwatch League earlier in the offseason.

A Contenders rookie, Another has played in several iterations of the Overwatch Korea Cup with BM Falcon.

He will be the third main tank on the Element Mystic roster, and will be competing against Alpha and new addition Kellan for the starting spot. As the ninth player, Element Mystic will have to rotate their Contenders lineup between weeks.

Element Mystic will play in Contenders Korea after finishing fourth in the seeding tournament. Contenders Korea will begin in March.
