Klaus previously played for Isurus Gaming, a roster that first came together as KARMA following the players' time together on the 2017 Argentinean World Cup team. Klaus had played for the roster in every major match since its inception.
With Klaus, Isurus Gaming made it to the finals of Contenders South America in both Seasons 1 and 2. However, the team fell short of a title in both appearances, losing in the Season 1 grand final on a 4-1 scoreline and losing in Season 2 to a 4-0 sweep.
Both times Isurus fell to Brasil Gaming House, who have not lost a match to a South American opponent since a group stage defeat to Isurus Gaming in Contenders Season 1.
Klaus joins a BGH DPS line that has remained unchanged since the organization first entered Overwatch in March of 2017. How Klaus will mix in with longtime DPS partners liko and dudu remains to be seen.
This is Brasil Gaming House's first new addition since May and second addition since the start of the calendar year. The reunification with kolero was the one other roster change the team made this year.
Brasil Gaming House will be attempting to sweep the 2018 series of Contenders South America in Season 3. That season begins in November.
