Since no ones gonna look at the comments on the youtube video might aswell repeat myself,
AKM should be mid season signing to Valiant as a replacement for grim as there both hitscan players that can't play tracer and in the Soldier Mccree department I would consider AKM to be an upgrade
Maybe, but I think that there's some of that intangible quality about Grim. He's been part of Immortals/Sodipop since the start, so I think that there could be some merit in keeping him because he goes well with the team.
I also don't think there's too much worth in getting a straight up replacement. If you do, you've just committed however much Grim's contract is for a bench-warmer. It's a bit of a waste of money if you end up doing that.
If Grim's also taking a leadership role, as long as he's not playing Tracer, it would be a huge loss to not have that. Grim can play a good Tracer, but I assume his recent lack of performance on it is because he's trying to call at the same time, which just won't work.
I'm more curious about Silkthread. He plays a good Tracer, but not much else. Meanwhile you've got Soon, who made the current Tracer playstyle, but is more flexible.
I think it would make more sense if he signed with the Gladiators, Fusion, or (if he can bring himself) Uprising. They seem like the ones in more need of an insane hitscan player
Really great Episode, nice discussions and mix of opinions. I think Thorin did fit in well and id like to see more of him in Overwatch again :D
I wouldn't tbh, he's deliberately provocative, insulting to many many people, and borderline sexist, but people brush it off as 'funny'. I know it's personal taste, but likening something to 'breaking in a new woman', which he did in something I watched, which all the other guests found hilarious, is just plain offensive.
This was still a good episode. The only qualm I have against thorin is that he tweets some dumb alt-right shit sometimes but he’s still good at shows like this.
Not sure why they didn't consider Philly as the team that went for the 'moneyball' tactics in signing players. Their coach has a sports background and they've picked out some really underrated players like eqo and poko.
