Well, I wouldn't get rid of the best and most consistent player they have in the roster, Nevix.
Selling IDDQD might be an option, but since they never fielded him, who would ever buy him from them? Furthermore Dafran ain't coming to OWL.

sinatraa is not gonna be part of "one of the scariest dps duos"
no idea from who you want to buy dafran from, McDonalds? you think they will sell their best employee?
and more seriously dafran, most likely, is not coming back to competitive overwatch anytime soon

(also side note its not "divas" but "dvas" there is no i)

Dafran i don't think he will join a team in season 1.
Space doesn't play with valiant because he doesn't have 18 but valiant don't want to sell him.
For tank/off tank shock already have super.
And for me the best players for shock in stage 2 are sleepy danteh nevix but you want to change danteh and nevix , maybe it's better to sub dhak and nomy who don't play very well for the moment.

So far trading Super for SPACE is the most pointless trade ever, because both of their birthdays are on the same day.

So they'll both be on the bench at least as long as each other

The Super for SPACE trade makes no sense. Rather, once Super and Sinatraa turn 18, a good starting roster for Shock could look something like this:

Sinatraa
Architect (if he's picked up)
Super
Xepher (get him from Seoul, if possible)
Adam (pick him up)
Sleepy

You can rotate the following in and out:

Iddqd (for hitscan)
Dhak (for zen/ana compositions)

And then have the following as subs:

Babybay
Danteh
Nomy
Nevix

That could work out.

I don't think Sinatraa is better than Danteh
Sinatraa can't be part of "one of the scariest dps duos", bcuz he's not that exceptionally good .
I think dafran has talent to be a "one of the scariest dps duos", but they already have soldier main.
Plus I don't think he's coming back to pro scene.

So what I suggest is
Sell iddqd and nomy

Architect (X6) Damn good genji, projectile main
Danteh
Super
Hoon (Meta B) : sick zarya main now he have good Dva and Roadhog too
Sleepy
dhak

i didn't like babybay going into owl but he has proven that he's a good starter. his hero pool works really well with a good tracer player too.

when super and sinatraa can play i really hope we get to see nevix flex even more. nevix flex god.

That roster might be great if this was last year with all the Koreans still overseas competing in APEX. And aside from Danteh stepping up in a big way the last few weeks, Nevix has been their most consistent player all season. So why change his role?

Babybay and Danteh are fine. Danteh has been improving quite a bit. Adding Sinatraa to their rotation will help a bit. Super is supposed to be good, but as mentioned above, Nevix isn't their weak link anyways.

Their supports are both below average, and as nice as Nomy is, he's currently bottom 4 main tanks in the league. If they could have grabbed Fissure, that would have made a huge difference.

I have never been impressed with Nomy. And while yes Fissure is better talent-wise, I think for communication reasons FCTFCTN would have been far better

Agreed. I think Nevix's lack of flexibility is what could be hurting the tank duo as well.

Best way to fix Shock

  1. Trade Sinatraa for Muma or FCTFCTN. Reason behind this is that Nomy is the weakest link on the team, and Houston desperately need. Tracer player. Shock do have the depth to maintain solid DPS play without Sinatraa, so this would be in their best interest

  2. Sign Adam and Roolf. These two have been some of the best supports in NA the last year, and their chemistry mixed with their talent means that they both would patch the holes in their support line

No reason to sign Roolf when you have Sleepy.

Pretty sure you just want Sinatraa to Outlaws so you're another step closer to reliving the glory days.

Trade Danteh for FCTFCTN instead, that could work.

Nexix has been one of the most consistent players for this squad, so I honestly believe that Xepher would be a downgrade. I'm also not too sure about sitting Babybay, but you could have Sinatraa, Danteh and Babybay cycle in and out depending on needs.

They could use an upgrade for Nomy much like Fissure was for iRemix and possibly another support (maybe 2?) that can flex in for Dhak, and releive sleepy if he needs rest.

Trade away IDDQD if you're not going to use him.

Nomy definitely needs replacing, but I feel like SF's plan is just to wait for Super to become eligible and then just have Nomy as a sub. iddqd also seems to be in the same boat. Once sinatraa becomes eligible, I feel like he'll either become a perma sub or just traded away to another team like Florida.

sometimes one sleepy isnt good enough in this meta, so you need two of them

I honestly can't understand why so many of you would get rid of Nevix and Danteh, they have been clearly the only 2 on the Shock to perform well pretty much consistently since day 1, together with Sleepy I guess.

Is it impossible to find better flex tanks, tracers and supports? Of course not, but you don't fix your team by changing what works and keeping what works less...

IDDQB(ench) is a bit of a pet peeve of mine, you signed him, probably due to some stipulations he had in place with NRG, you tried him in the pre-season and he sort of popped off, the you realized he wasn't really fitting in with the rest of the team, so you benched him even if you were losing... now who in his right mind would pay money/spots to have him in a team?

I'm sure it's a contract related thing. I'm also willing to bet that having a veteran like IDDQD around helps a lot of the younger players. He is still incredibly knowledgable about the game, and I'm sure he is somewhat like an ad-hoc coach to the team.

Sinatraa may actually be harder to trade with his contract.. I do agree getting fact for danteh or sinatraa could work for the shock though
