The recent announcement by the KeSPA regarding the discontinuation of StarCraft ProLeague has left many of Korea's professional players mulling over their future this week. KeSPA was responsible for the team management of household names including SK Telecom T1, KT Rolster, CJ Entus, MVP and Samsung Galaxy, and has also ceased their operation.

Two such pros have already made the move to Overwatch with the announcement on Facebook that former SKT T1 players MyuNgSiK and Zaun are the latest additions to new Korean outfit Team First Heroic.

Details are sparse on exactly what roles they will play within the team, but it appears that each former StarCraft pro will have their own roster - although Zaun's is yet to be filled. A previous career in esports is no guarantee of success, especially if results in APAC and APEX have anything to tell us about Korea's highly unpredictable Overwatch scene, but the rigours of elite level StarCraft will surely stand both players in good stead.
