Don't even worry about those people, competitive matchmaking is a measurement device to see how hard you can carry a team of mercy, sym, and tracer mains.
Join a team and play scrims/pugs, you get a lot more positive input, advice, and improve. Way less tilting too.

They're on the right track by meta-shifting from "tracer pick n' push" to "grav and team wipe", but there's still balancing that needs to be done. For example, not running mercy effectively puts you at a 6v7, meaning it becomes mandatory to run mercy.
