The roster is solid considering the tanks and supports have already established chemistry. I can easily see this team being underrated because there are no "big" names other than Surefour

I think this roster will be about as good as shock. This team will probably be mid tier. Bischu, Shaz, big goose, surefour will all standout as the carries I think.

S4 and Hydration is a solid DPS duo.

Shaz, and Bigoose did very well at contenders and Surefour is Surefour. Bischu is imo one of the best western D.Va players at the moment while hydration will probably mostly be on Pharah duty.

Can't say much about Asher since he never impressed me that much at APEX, same thing for iRemix since I haven't seen him in a while.

The team looks pretty flexible but I'm not sure about their actual strength. My gut feeling is that they'd be comparable to SF and Houston.

The only heroes I've seen him play are Hog and Winston, towards the end of Selfless. I don't know how proficient he isn't on anything else due to lack of data.

He's a decent hitscan dps player too but I would say contenders worth in that regard. He started his time with Selfess as their DPS and switched to flex when they picked up Sinatraa and Dafran. According to him, he had never played Hog, Winston, or D.Va before the selfless domination began so I think that speaks to his ability and determination to learn heroes and play them at a high level.

If they are going for a second tank, in my opinion, they have better options such as FCTFCTN, Harblue, Gods, Mangachu, Miso, and ishiny.
