Shadder2k or cwoosh could be likely... I'd say shadder is more likely to be on an na team than misfits. Skipjack would probably fill the tank spot.

what about the na roster???
if they are disbanding this gives even more great free agents. nrg can probably build a super team with this

First of all, you don't need to complain about us not wanting you to discuss liquids choices on a thread that clearly wasn't intended for discussion about liquid, and this is the thread to do so. Second of all, can you blame liquid for wanting to make money, it is why they were sponsored in the first place.

This thread was supposed to be about when Contenders is happening, not shit talking Team Liquid's want to make a profit. I have gotten the answer I was looking for, I don't think an argument is necessary.

USA 4-0
All jokes aside, this should be a hype match.

I assumed that you saw the news that Movistar Riders and Liquid's spots are up for sale. And that Movistar's spot is rumored to be bought by Gamers Origin and Liquid's spot is rumored to be bought by NRG.

I did see this

#2 I think you missed the point

On the matches page, it says it's the 13th, but based on the fact that there aren't any contenders teams on the matches page, and it goes up too 4 days from now, I don't think it's happening then.
Also the World Cup is still happening, and there's nothing about replacements for team liquid and Movistar riders. Does anyone know when it's actually happening?

In all seriousness, I'm hyped to see this tank duo.

I'm gonna say this right now: Haksal and WhoRU are overrated players who aren't as mechanically skilled as shadder2k, shadowburn, and agilities, but are more coordinated with teammates like most Koreans are.

I take back what I said about buds being better at genji than seagull. What I was trying to say in my previous post is that we haven't seen seagull in the pro scene in a while and he may not be as good as he used to be. I also think Flow3r has proved in the World Cup that he can play a lot of heroes well, similar to Tviq.

I'm gonna say that I agree and hope I don't end up playing against Jehong.

posted about 6 years ago

Ok, that makes sense.

posted about 6 years ago

Isn't skipjack on LK, the team with private jets and a 10 man roster?

posted about 6 years ago

Seagull is outclassed by cwoosh and shadder2k imo. Just because he used to be good doesn't always mean he still is. His genji hasn't really been one of the top genjis ever since players like shadder2k and SDB have gained popularity. Although I do think that Tviq destroys in his pro games, his team has been underperforming. I wouldn't say he is the best DPS in the world, but he's pretty good. Also, seagull was good, but I don't think he's a top player anymore. Also gods was pretty good when he was on NRG and I'd say he's been good on C9 too. Remember when clockwork was on NRG? He didn't play the best. He absolutely destroys on FNRGFE. I'd go as far to say that buds' genji is better than seagulls.

Did I miss something, or are xqc and skipjack still on teams?

I haven't seen Brazil/BGH play anyone not from SA so I don't know. Bothe teams are pretty dominant in there region.

The only time that this match was close enough to be entertaining was like two fights on lijang garden and like two thirds of volskaya.

posted about 6 years ago

I think if agilities didn't kill the enemy pharmercy every fight, it would've been much different. Mangachu wasn't the MVP, it was agilities imo

EDIT: 3 page hype?

I'm really hoping for a game that's at least close. I don't want to see Korea 4-0 everyone again. Team SK games are always really boring steamrolls and I hope Russia can change that.

If you don't dash as high, you can save time by unsheathing the sword while you're falling and save the dash for potentially intsakilling them with it by animation canceling, this is especially during nanoblade. I like to practice it on the part of the practice range with the moving bots. If you find supports grouped up, you may not even need to dash up, because you don't need to select a target. Dashing up does allow Anas to nano you more easily, as long as you warn them. (Warning them depends on the rank you're at. At the lower ranks, telling them exactly what you're gonna do is important. At higher ranks most Anas only need a "let's nanoblade")

Genji ult hitbox is very buggy, making hits more likely if you swing above enemies heads or jump and look down at them. You can also improve the hitbox by moving your aim in the direction that the blade is swinging. This is why people like ShaDowBurn's aim looks very shaky.

Remember, killing both supports is an easy way to win fights. If you kill both supports, then you can try to kill dps or low health tanks

I hope FaZe wins this, but given how well Immortals has played recently, I think this will be IMT win
IMT 3-2 or 3-1
Hoping for FaZe 3-2

I think Rogue will be another EnVyUs, dominating the scene with one composition until a change happens to the game or someone finds a way to beat it, but when the only team comp that they run fails, they won't have any other options.
