I'm pretty hyped for this LA roster, so much great talent, can't wait to see what they come up with... I guess we'll find out in 63 days...

VALLA was good as expected on this preseason , unKoe and SoOn really carry .

They've got 1 month to train with their full roster ( Agilities wasn't here for preseason) , this team is clearly a top 4 OWL team

1 month left ! #hype

Yeah of course, they beat two mid tier teams so clearly they will end up in front of either Dallas or one of the Korean teams.

Top 4 will be Seoul / London / Dallas / VALLA

Feel free to pun me after the July playoffs if i'm wrong !

More than anything else I just love watching SoOn play. People slept on him and uNK0E when Rogue started to slip but now that they have solidified their spot in OWL I expect to see vintage play from them both.

I see no way that Shock could win, Valiant is just better at every position

In case of editing, I am going on the record to say that on December 11th, ManuxBaka said that the top 4 will be Seoul, London, Dallas, and Valiant

you're right other than the fact that Verbo is a bot (even though he probably won't play) and babybay is better than any widow player VAL have

KariV is a great Widowmaker. I have not seen enough of Babybay’s widow to back up claims that KariV is better, but VAL does have a good widow. Also, by position I meant Hitscan, Projectile, tank, support. Not individual heroes

I get what you were saying and i agree with you, i was just nitpicking lol :-) but yes, KariV is a great Widow but I think babybay is on another level

You really expect them to have games at random hours in the city the game is actually being played in? When the league goes city based (where the teams are actually int heir cities) that is when you will see time zones benefit the home teams and fans

I think that VAL will come out with the win as the strategy against SF is to shutdown Babybay like London did in preseason

Surprised nobody has even mentioned iddqd, people must've forgotten how much of a beast he can be. Hopefully he brings out his best if he plays

Mostly because it looks like he's going to be more of a role player instead of a hard carry play maker and I see nothing wrong with that.

Just means less of a spotlight on him.

I was going to give the Shock the benefit of the doubt, and say 3-2 with the Valiant taking it, but with IDDQD being out this week I'm going to change to VAL 3-1 Shock. I'm not sure what role idd would have had, but he was on fire in the pre-season. It's hard to see them matching the level of the Valiant now.

Given the Mercy meta, I'd expect a win from Valiant––uNKOE's a top-tier Mercy.
Maybe in a non-Mercy world, we'd see something different.

That said, I've heard pros say that the Mercy plague is less bad during scrims than what we all see in ladder.

Yeah they have very flexible supports, but based off pre-season it looks like they'll be running uNKOE on Zen, KariV on Mercy, and swap Verbo in to play lucio on certain maps.

Valiant showing off how good their core really is. Fate, Envy, Unkoe and Kariv are actually nutty. Soon too is a huge addition for them. He's so consistent. Literally never had a slump.
