Features you think the game needs

We all have some ideas. What do you think needs to be added to the game (EXCLUDING CLASS BALANCE ETC) that is either 'required' or huge QOL?

Examples I can think of:

1. Weapon model toggle
2. Ability to turn off/move hud elements (including KILL STREAK in the middle of your screen)
3. Better sensitivity settings

• customizable crosshairs
• move health element closer to crosshair
• change health color on HUD when low
• hero-specific binds and custom low hp gasping notification
• stopwatch
• better custom lobby UI
• friends list groups
• friends list sorting
• hotkeys to select heroes (b for bastion, for example)
• consistent shield interactions
• reduce widow SMG muzzle flash
• reduce all viewmodel sizes
• fix some key bindings never saving for some users

I hate the lobby system. I'd prefer the ability to spawn a skirmish server where the admin can change sides/maps and players ready up etc.

Fix some lighting issues i.e Gibraltar light bloom and soldier 76's healing circle.

Like in Dota 2, If a team calls GG in a private game, the game should end there.

They should let us open loot boxes in skirmish or something so we don't have to remake parties just to open boxes.
Just a little thing that would be nice.
