I don't know what you're rambling about, but let me reiterate

1) this is nothing to be upset about

a coach in overwatch can easily fit that criteria. Just because you don't deem them worthy of the title "coach" doesn't mean they aren't coaching. You are LITERALLY arguing with the english language.

I can't speak for what roflgator does for rogue, but having a coach right now helps a lot if you have them spec and record all your scrims. It also makes things less awkward to criticize obvious mistakes of a player when it's coming from a coach instead of a teammate. There are also a lot of aspects outside the game that a coach can help with like attitude, organization, discipline, keeping everyone on the same page, etc

I hate the lobby system. I'd prefer the ability to spawn a skirmish server where the admin can change sides/maps and players ready up etc.

Someone on Hubris told me they scrimmed on EU servers against the stermy/fazz team and won every map.
