I don't know what are the terms for players transfers from a team to another. Like for how much did Gladiators buy Fissure from Spitfire? We don't know the terms of it so I don't know if we can compare it to anything given the lack of transparency we are being given for now.

Fleta has won like 3 pro matches in his career before Seoul Dynasty though, yet he is considered one of the best DPS in the world right now. Striker was also part of ROX Orcas before getting picked up by Boston Uprising and look how strong he is now.

My point is that if you give a player the means to develop and shine, they will. This is why tryouts have to be very well thought out in order to see a player's true strength.
