Panker or ION: LA Gladiators. I can see Panker being moved up from Legion as Fissure's replacement (assuming LAG are getting rid of him) due to his performance in contenders whereas ION has proven himself as an aggressive and play-making tank just like Fissure and arguably at a higher level than Panker (KR > NA)

ZachaREEE : Fusion or Fuel or an expansion team. If Fusion cut SDB or Snillo he's a natural choice if not Aero or an expansion team will pick him up

Decay : London or Florida. Talented and flexible player who was on the sister team to Birdhring and Bdosin. His flexibility also makes him a perfect dps partner to Sayaplayer and that Mayhem are rumored to be going full Korean

GodsB, NoSmite, Bebe: Seoul. Adds more dps flexibility, a better tank than Kuki and more consistent tank than Miro and better zen than Jehong and Gido

Runaway: Expansion team. RUNAWAY FIGHTING

My guess is that it's a playstyle thing as Gesture and Fissure have similar playstyles and Fate is a contrast if they want a more passive main tank

The issue with pine is although his widow and McCree are some of the best in the world he can't play tracer better than Carpe and SBB who can both play McCree and in Carpe's case an equal widow but can't play projectile as well as Libero and Fleta who both play hitscan and projectile
