First and foremost, the production value was solid. Not spectacular, there were still some camera issues and the LAG/LAV mix up, but fore the most part, very good job by blizzard. If they play every game in LA why are there teams for cities? I don’t understand that. Just a weird thing about OWL.

The teams were great. Shock looked way better then expected, they should place around mid-tier, Boston and Shanghai looked better then first thought but still in the lowest tier. Mayhem is bad. I wouldn’t write London off just yet, I think they can pull it together, give it time and maybe they will succeed. Gladiators looked very strong, they could be serious contenders if they can figure everything out with their attacks. Valiant looked fantastic. Fate and Envy are finally clicking, and SoOn is making an immediate difference. Fuel was not impressive. They looked good but were not as good as they preformed just a couple months ago. Outlaws played incredible, Jake straight up carried. Very impressed with Houston, who I think everyone assumed they were going to be mid-tier. NYXL looked very strong, and they will only get better with Fl0w3r. Seoul preformed to the level that everyone expected them to. Which was, fortunately, very very high.

Very disappointed that we couldn’t see Philadelphia however. Oh well.

All in all I think this was a successful preseason, the games should be balanced, and I for one cannot wait until he regular season. We are in for a treat

Well, if Reinhardt is good then Numlocked will get a spot, same with Grim on McCree,
Which is his best hero. Valiant has a lot of versatility

Fate and Envy are really good

And I have a perfect one- Aces High by Iron Maiden. Aces High because y’know, “spitfire” and the song is made by a British metal band. Come on they have to use it. Link: https://youtu.be/Xg9aQvjMS60

The definition of insanity is when you do the same thing over and over and expect different results... This is SF Shock rn

Is the crowd told to not speak? Because it is so quiet in there, it’s pretty boring to watch

posted about 6 years ago

Doesn't matter they'll died in the end anyways

posted about 6 years ago

This will be a very fun match to see. I think SF Shock is good enough to make this a good fight but I don't think they can win.
I think London 3-1 in a verrry close series

Does Dallas know that xQc plays Winston and Orisa?

Ok the casters need to be more hyped for these matches. The crowd also needs to be louder, this is holding the experience back so much

Wow, I never thought I would see this. Very well fought by Los Angeles. I think they could be in the running for the title. Too early to tell of course but this was very impressive

So when a soccer team in England signs a Spanish, German, Brazilian, Argentinian, or African player its ok? It really doesn't matter

I can’t peedict this. I don’t know how strong either of these teams will be

This.

If it’s exclusively on weekends then yes

I have never had this problem; but because people do, this should be included. Although if you miss a game why do you want to watch the Vods when you could just watch highlights?
Can someone explain this to me

posted about 6 years ago

Holy hell. A team that was considered top 5 in world that was still competing at a high level. Totally did not expect this

I knew this I just didn't expect Shock to play twice in a row

Average for a pro player, not average for someone who plays Overwatch

posted about 6 years ago

No, I watched all of those games. Nomy did not play in the Winter Premiere semifinals and Finals. And Immortals was not the best team in NA. If you want to say that "best team in NA" means that every single one of their players was a part of North America then yes, but if you don't say that then LG Evil made a very convincing argument, YIKES! also were very good, but Selfless was the undisputed king of NA. Only losing to rouge, they were phenomenal. Nomy was the worst part of IMT. He would constantly shatter when they had already lost the team fight, or just to land a 5-man, when it was 1 v 6. Nomy was not a very strong tank. Merely average, or slightly below for a pro tank. Carbon Series had good, not great teams. No Selfless or Rouge. Just 6 teams. Similar to Winter Premiere. I've watched almost every IMT game since Winter Premiere, their dynasty was Contenders Season Zero to Beat Invitational.

Really? Fusion at 12th, Mayhem at 11th, and Outlaws at 1st. Can you explain why?
