Blizzard is officially removing performance based SR for Diamond+ among other changes.

That's a pogger, I never thought i'd see the day that either of these changes were implemented.

The removal of performance based SR for diamond and higher makes so much sense. After all, only 8% of the players are in diamond or above at any one point (stats from season 3?). You keep the benefits of performance based SR for the other 92% of the population.
