BlossoM team, did spitfire demote the whole GC Busan roster? Or is it just a new name for the old GC Busan owners?

Erm, I know I sound like an old grumpy granpa, but...
Isn't a little too late?

I mean check the teams directly invited for EU and NA (but also China), how many of those are still standing?

Second point that I'd like to know more about, since they decided all OWL teams will have their "dev. teams" directly invited, are there rules on how these teams should be composed? Like NA teams need X NA players in their roster, EU teams EU players etc?
