Don't forget to vote- click here

Xzi is currently beating out Carpe in MVP voting, 24204 to 23541 at time of posting. I don't necessarily think Carpe should win- but, come on, Xzi? Really Paris bandwagoners. I'm not trying to clown on Xzi, he's a phenomenal player. But is he really our MVP.

Who are you guys voting for and why?
edit: just realised that fan votes are only 25% worth. phew

Kinda hard to pick one with two seperate regions.

I'd pick Viol2t for NA region and Void for Asia region.

See, (people are going to kill me) Carpe is still a clutch player don't get me wrong, he's a better candidate then many on the list for MVP, but I don't think he is MVP worthy.... He hasn't shown his old brilliance of clutching 1v5s and carrying his team, maybe because his team has gotten better together or because the competition is stronger now. Also DPS atm is not always the difference maker in fights, I think the real MVP should really be either violet or a flex-tank, in the current meta, immortality field and the decision of sub-tank players have been key difference maker in fights. Also I think that Fleta deserves at least on MVP for all the work he did in Seoul, but Shanghai is just so good as a team its hard to say Fleta is the one at the core... Xzi is up there with his genji prowess sure but I don;t think that alone can push him into the MVP spot...

Also tbh I think Xzi has been a greater impact to his tem then Carpe atm maybe because its a genji meta and Carpe is not the genji player but he isn't showing up even like Profit, who I really think should be in this line up for MVP

See I don’t think xzi should be on the list because he hasn’t even played half the season. Mvp should be best player over the course of the whole season. And you can’t say he’s the most Valuable player on that Paris team because by that logic that would mean someone like Corey should have won mvp last year cuz he carried the justice in stage 4

Xzi Genji? It's Sparkle, who is Genji player in Paris.

In general fan votes for anything are a joke. To be fair before today as Fusion is playing without Carpe and still playing very good I don't know, if my original argument for picking Carpe stands anymore as clearly. As of MVP should change his team "from Contender to Champions".

Personally I can't comment much of APAC teams as I haven't seen many of their games. Thankfully it's only 25% from fan votes.

Got to laugh at ignoring Carpe because he hasn't had a 1v5 clutch this season. He's been insane and has so consistently come good when Fusion has needed him most. Number 1 rated player in the whole of OWL for clutch kills

Completely agree with the relief at only 25% being fan votes, there are so many deluded people out there! Guarantee a lot of you think my praise of Carpe is deluded and I don't blame you, just goes to show the 25 limit is golden.

There are so many good candidates that anyone who thinks there is a shoe-in for the award is deluded.

That said, it is highly controversial that xzi is even eligible, let alone winning. Note, there is a difference between "most skilled dps" and mvp. Even if xzi was the best hitscan in the league, missing half the season due to injury/being benched shouldn't be an mvp season imo.
