Hello everyone! We've done quite an amount for the site over the past few month or so.

To recap the past updates:

We're currently looking for any feedback for the site:

  • What are we doing well on?
  • What would you like to see improved?
  • What is something new you would like to see?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

"What are we doing well on?"

  • Keeping site's design clear and easy to use
  • Transfert page

"What would you like to see improved?"

  • Reaction time: Sometimes news comes-up 1 day after the official announcement. It's super late but I know it's hard when you write for free.
  • Leak and rumors: An information site does it. I never seen a leak or a rumor here. That's what people want!

"What is something new you would like to see?"

  • Predictions votes on matches pages.

I will keep posting update on this post if I have something else in mind.
I like over.gg and been following the site since its release so let's go! You already did a great job so keep going and make it even better!

This post sums up my thoughts pretty well. On the whole I love everything about the site, but one thing in particular that seems to be lacking is prompt reporting of breaking news.

Out of all of those I'd say "Leaks and rumors" is probably the least likely to happen. I figure it requires even more time investment than prompt reporting and I actually feel like twitter is a more digestible medium for short, quick leak reveals and what not.

I think they could also easily be served by regular threads if someone wants to post it and start the conversation.

Good feedback, love seeing the ideas flow.

Predictions votes on matches pages.

although it'd probably turn out weird if you showed the votes of only two people, i definitely would wanna see this, especially for OWL matches

thats entirely true, most leaks you see are from places like ESPN who have professional reporters. either that of slasher's twitter lol

I really don't want leaks and rumors. I don't want this site cluttered with unreliable information. If you want that go to youtube or twitter

The dark reader chrome extension works wonders for me when I find myself writing late at night and don't wish to be blinded.

I would love to see map differential in OWL standings, just like official OWL as they use it as a tiebreaker.

When using the spoiler-free mode, it happend a couple of times that I just spot the upcoming match in the corner of my eye, knowing which teams won their previous. Maybe if you turn on the spoiler-free mode, the upcoming matches could minimize or something?

The new VOD buttons could probably need something done when in spoiler-free mode. If no map 5 was played it doesn't show a map 5 VOD button which reveals it didn't go to the last map.
A map 5 button with no interaction or something added in?

Thanks for fixing that.
One minor nitpick; if you toggle the spoiler-free mode while on a match page the fake fifth button doesn't disappear/appear as it should, but it all works if you're already in the desired mode before entering a match page.
