One thing really impressed me with Kruise back when he was on Lucio and was streaming in Korea, his accuracy is IN-SANE.

This is the first step to making things way better though, don't get me wrong. Good way of proofing this spectator mode. But it's already a huge improvement.
Something's wrong with the away team's colours. Can't put my finger on it, but everything is just bland white, it looks weird.
I also think that healing effects (from healers) shouldn't change colours, seeing a white beam from Mercy is just confusing. The white heal station and such is fine, just not those imo.
Other than that, spectating looks really good, and the team skins are sweet.

On the other hand, Poko was the true revelation of Contenders for me, guy's a freaking beast. Their supports are really really good as well.
