I don't know if things have changed, but AFAIK it isn't super serious. It's basically a team for people without a team and if any of them gets a serious offer, none of them will be upset if that person leaves.
I don't think Juv3 could be eligible for UB Team since he's not from EU. So even if he wanted to, he couldn't join Contenders unless it's NA
