Hi, I go by the name Bigxpz or Bigx and im looking for preferably an EU based Overwatch team for release. Havnt done a looking for a team post in years so guess ill start with a bit about my background in eSports.
I have been a competitive FPS player for close to 15 years now on multiple different games all reaching a high level. Started out with Quake, UT, and SOF2 before I found CS. In CS I didnt really compete at a high level up until version 1.6 where I competed in division 1 and invite divisions and winning a couple UK lans but nothing major. Moved onto CS:Source where I competed in EPS (ESL Pro Series), CAL-Invite among other leagues and attended various international lans with the the most notable being Copenhagen games and Dreamhack with some respectable finishes. During my time on CS:S had a period without a team so gave COD4 a go wasn't as successful in call of duty but still played at an Invite level.
That leads me to now, recently my CSGO team folded and after playing the Overwatch open beta its a game I want to switch to. As you can see from my lil essay above I dont really play games casually, always looking to compete. I do realise there is one game I didnt mention TF2, I had no time to play it competitively since it was around the time of CS:S. Heard this forum was predominantly ex TF2 players and I only know one competitive Overwatch player Numlocked so wasn't sure where to start looking, most of the posts on reddit and a few Facebook groups seem to be people with no competitive background which is not what im after hoping to have better luck here.
