kongdoo wins this 3-0, nrg is gonna be rough for a while. I don't think any of these guys have ever played with a maincaller like numlocked.

Without the roster moves I'd expect this to be a 3-2 win in favour of NRG. Now? I have no idea. Likely going to be a rough transition for them without any practise.

These moves will probably screw up NRG's OGN chances but will definitely help them long term. Saying that, all these guys kind of know each other and might just click.

Great men are forged in fire. It is the privilege of lesser men to light the flame. Whatever the cost.

clockwork has history playing with a 3 of the team so I don't expect there to be much of a drop off on DPS because now they can have a tracer w/o player flexing (unless they want to run tracer/mcree) which could yield more consistant results. The question will be with Numlocked, how he adjusts to lucio and how the rest of the team adjusts to his playcalling

Is this Korean team the best in Korean atm?

No, not by far. They're not in the top 5 from the look of it.

is oPlaiD going to be at this event? or will it just be the 6 core players?

He will be there for the playoffs if nrg make it.

I see.

Seems like NRG's comms are still a little off, with a boost on the lucio and that huge flank that lost them Hollywood.

to be fair they have had time to practice for around 1 day maybe, when you get a new igl it takes time before the team gets better.

To be completely honest, no. But no one was really. It was "Russia vs. Korea" type of situation.

I can understand why, and having a roster change that big is going to go thru its hiccups, hopefully the rebirth of notenigma helps smooths the kinks out since that the chemistry is already there for the most part, and a coach will help immensly

they just feel like the LA Rams of OW, the talent is there but they just can't get over that wall in the way

I think seagull really limits things with picking hanzo and mei so much. The abilities of the two characters should be used more situationally, not as main compositions even with their recent buffs. I wouldn't say he's the reason they lost, but I think they could be improved if he played different compositions.
