There's still a lot of people missing who are 100% OWL caliber. I don't want the lack of pickups to disrupt some of the players who've been working their ass off in the scenes below OWL, but hopefully they get picked up soon or they keep grinding until next season. Either way, the fact that the following players (feel free to add more) aren't in OWL yet truly astounds me.

One of the problems with lists like is that there's an equal, or possibly greater, number of players in regions like KR that we don't know, for lack of exposure, that could also slot into "OWL" caliber.
The question then becomes, what do these players listed have that the others don't, aside from some notoriety. I say this not because I don't think these guy have the skill to be in OWL, but because spots are limited.
I hope we get enough teams where all of these guys have a chance to prove themselves but this league is incredibly competitive, and politics are a thing, so I'm not that astounded by them not being in at the moment.
Popular streamer ? C'mon, seriously, the xQc, Seagull experience for Dallas Fuel show the difference between streamers and pro-players. There is a lot of great player free agent (some are in your list) but forgot streamers...
The Runnaway guys, or some of the Ex-Rogue, Meta Athena (some get picked this stage), and lots of Korean team have great talent to get picked.
