Amazin Like Raisins is looking for a 6th starter for Overwatch. This player must be flexible, as roles between our team have yet to be decided on for the most part. However, this will most likely be a support or tank role.

About our team
We all have extensive PC FPS backgrounds and have competed at the top in pretty much every game we put time into. Our team(ERiC, DAViD, waterboarding, wRUKUS, PookieBear`, messiah)was one of the best North American Dirty Bomb teams in its competitive lifespan.
Even with limited availability between our players, no private team meetings or strategizing, and a virtually non-existent North American scene in Dirty Bomb we were able to rise to the top fairly quickly, taking down the first Proving Grounds Cup for Dirtycups.gg, attaining a perfect 4-0 in the Dirtycups.gg NA League, and achieving 2 consecutive top 3 finishes in the following DBNation Cups(winning the invite qualifier for NA). . What we need now for Overwatch is a solid 6th player. We have extremely high goals for Overwatch and will be competing at the top immediately.
As our 6th you must fall under the following
20+ age - Currently as a team we represent an age range of 16-28. We feel that a player around age 20 would be the right target age for a 6th player, However, 20+ is not something set in stone, we would make an exception depending on the player if we felt the need.
From USA48/Canada - We are all from the US(Michigan, New England, California). We are not looking to expand to SA or Europe.
Have Reliable Internet - Steady connection, no interruptions.
Have the proper FPS peripherals - Working microphone, reliable setup as far as mouse/kb/mousepad/headset, and a reliable computer for FPS games.
Have time to devote - We do not have rigorous requirements or set schedules, we all have lives, school, jobs, things come up, but we are all moving to get better and more structured as a team, and we would expect you to be able to practice at least 5 days a week for some amount of time, not necessarily a ton.
Flexibility - We have discussed the roles of Overwatch, and as far as the meta has taken itself in the games short exposure we haven’t cemented ourselves in specific roles as of now. Ideally our 6th player would be willing to play and excel at any role the team required.
Communication skills - Clear voice, accurate callouts, no raging, willing to take and give criticism, you should have all these qualities
Confidence - All 6 of us are top players in our respective former games, we expect you to excel in Overwatch and play with confidence
Requirements - If you have experience from other games that you would like us to take into consideration, you must AT LEAST have the following in your resume:
TF2 - ESEA-IM or higher equivalent skill level experience, whether it be LAN/other leagues/tournaments
CSGO - Proof of league matches in at least ESEA-Main/CEVO-Main, or a very good Open/IM record season, and SMFC/Global Elite
Dirty Bomb - We would know you if you were on a top tier team
Any other game that isn’t listed, we expect you to have been a top player and have proof.
The future of OW’s competitive scene and our team - We expect to have high level representation fairly soon relative to the game’s full release. Our goal as a team for the remainder of 2016 is to be a Top 10 team in North America.
