Hanzo scatter fix

I think I have a good fix for scatter and that is it have fall off damage but not the ricochet arrows the arrow itself this way you can't be killed from across the map by it and I think they should make it as a line of defense if someone attacks you and I was wondering what anyone else thought about it.

I think i have a good fix for it. Delete Hanjo.

I have a fix, make scatter hanzo's Ult, and Dragonstrike a 2sec CD ability^^

napalm arrow, creates an AoE flame puddle and does DoT

give hanzo a glock

Just remove this hero with Mercy, Mei, Dva and OW will be gucci af.
