In this whole tournament he's been hesitant on picking genji and just playing reaper instead. Maybe he's having some sort of identity crisis?

As if genji can quickly pick out tanks or outdamage the reaper. i dont think there was much of a choice for seagull.

Well, it wasn't a big problem before. I'm not talking just about Genji. Why not run Junkrat on Dorado defense? It was incredibly effective in the past – they almost full held Envy with it. He used to be very versatile and now he is a Reaper main all of a sudden.
