looks like she gets personal walls wherever she scopes in too

I doubt its a stun, there's no way they'd make a ranged flashbang after everyone called for mcree nerfs.
Also I feel like she has a climb of some sort, but I might be thinking that just because she was on top of the gate in the beginning

BIOTIC RIFLE
Ana’s rifle shoots darts that can restore health to her allies or deal ongoing damage to her enemies. She can use the rifle’s scope to zoom in on targets and make highly accurate shots.

SLEEP DART
Ana fires a dart from her sidearm, rendering an enemy unconscious (though any damage will rouse them).

BIOTIC GRENADE
Ana tosses a biotic bomb that deals damage to enemies and heals allies in a small area of effect. Affected allies briefly receive increased healing from all sources, while enemies caught in the blast cannot be healed for a few moments.

NANO BOOST
After Ana hits one of her allies with a combat boost, they temporarily move faster, deal more damage, and take less damage from enemies’ attacks.

does it say how long her ult lasts on a player? dropping it on a reaper ult immediately comes to mind but obviously other ults would be great

Yeah like I was discussing with my friends about this it seems like her ult is meant to be synergized with a dps player's ult.

It appears the damage boost it gives is 100% (double damage) and the damage reduction it gives the recipient is 50%. If you were to tag that on say a Soldier's ult it could absolutely TEAR if the other team didn't have a Rein sitting around and it would instantly devastate a team if you were to give it to a Reaper when they ult.

You possibly also tag it on a Winston so they can jump in and sac for the enemy Mercy. With the damage amp + damage reduction combined with his large health pool it could be effective.

edit: Her damage buff from the ult only grants the recipient 50% damage.

i think genji sword is one of the best recipients of the ult. sword goes from 120 per slash to 240 if it really is 2x dmg

If you click the ult button it shows her ulting a Rein and he walks through those low health characters one swing each (dunno if Zen was buffed during that) but in the gameplay trailer she also ults a Rein and he plows through a Junkrat, Hanzo, and Zarya one hit each too.

You could virtually keep someone asleep the entire game assuming no one shoots the dart target. Imagine trapping a Mercy/Lucio/Zen and everyone on your team agrees to leave you guys alone. Couldn't imagine a quicker rage quit.

if you look at the page on playoverwatch.com it lasts like 2-3 seconds before they wake up anyway
also we dont know the cooldown

Cooldown is for dart 12 seconds, stun lasts for 5.5 seconds if the enemy does not take damage

also fun fact it looks like every time you shoot a teamie to heal for the base healing damage you get 7% ult

If anyone's playing her on PTR: best way I've found to maximize the damage you do to someone who you've slept when you wake them is to get right next to them and mash shoot -> melee -> grenade in that order as fast as possible, if you do it fast enough you won't see the melee animation between shooting and throwing but the melee damage will still apply (on the practice range, anyway). You also of course get the heal+buff from the point-blank grenade which is nice.

I dunno exactly how the process of them "getting up" works yet, whether a Tracer can recall midway through the combo if she's spamming the button or if a McCree can interrupt it with flash etc, but for other heroes if you shoot once -> dart -> the combo it seems to kill 200 health targets from full.
