you can pre-order through amazon and save 20% if you have amazon prime. this only applies to the origins and collectors edition. the downside: you have to wait two days free shipping for your physical copy to arrive. the plus side: you pay $48 for the origins copy and $104 for the collectors copy if you're into that.

this supposedly works with free trial prime accounts too and according to the rules page on amazon, may work up to two weeks after release date as well. ymmv.
