why is the NY the only one without a OWL symbol on the bottom left

ahm, previous 10k hours on CS, played a few honorable tournaments, and stopped due to overwatch. know how to communicate VERY well.

my fav heroes, 80% of my hours are genjis, i have some hours on soldier due to my past in CS, and to fill whenever genji didnt work out, can play tracer very well, can fill tanks sometimes when u wanna switch to 4 tank meta or 3, and i can go roadhog and zarya. thats it pretty much:D
