Valiant certainly has the parts for a good GOATs team, it's not like their skillsets on their heroes don't carry over. Their tankline is good, their supports are good, it's honestly just that their DPS have NEVER been that good. They lost their best DPS, Soon, and never decided to pick up a new one because they thought they were fine. They were wrong, as Kariv is subpar on Zarya.
