Yes but its very minimal. If you go to the documents->overwatch->settings then theres a file you can edit but i believe you can do little to nothing with it so we probably have to wait for more optimization.

in my prime tf2 days i would say i enjoyed tf2 in general better however the support in this game for competitive is insane and valve is poop. regardless fun game can't wait to see where everything goes with it.
