They're definitely good, but probably not the best.

In the world cup Korea voted only voted pros onto their team vs other countries which included popular streamers/youtubers. The world cup results are not indicative of the strength of Korea vs the world!

That's a great clip showing the same situation (immediately after high noon), except that there clearly was nobody where the recticle moved to.

They may be balancing the coin flip times by the 50% completion of the first cap, since they adjusted it for each map.
