assuming western teams are better than most korean teams when most haven't played each other :thinking:

events shouldn't base their map pool to satisfy the audience, they should do it based on what the professional players want. also inferno hasn't been in the csgo map pool since spring and you thinking csgo struggles from lack of map variety shows how little you understand the game. map variety is good but pros should be able to have a map draft

you couldn't call their APEX run a fluke especially since they beat rogue and crushed in the finals, rogue's loss to envy in APEX shows that they were weaker especially since iirc that's the only time these two teams met in the past few months, also misfits had been too inactive and losing online competition as of late and they're win at dreamhack winter was very messy and wasn't their best showing.

when you lose you definitely look at your gameplay. they would have to change their compisition here because they lost and if the comp isn't working - you have to adapt and change it otherwise you're just running into a brick wall.

curious, how does your game awareness from halo transfer over to overwatch? also were there a lot of halo players who went to overwatch looking for greener pastures?
