Struggling to stream Overwatch

So been attempting to stream this game but keep getting high encoding warnings on OBS and the stream always stutters whenever im in Quickplay. Max bitrate is 3500kb/s and my internet isn't a problem. I'm on an i5-4690k if that helps.

you're going to have a rough time trying to stream this game with CPU encoding on an i5 instead of an i7
