Needed feature requests.

Hey! Nice job on the site! Here's some features i thought the website would need.

Player profiles
Each player should have their own, showing which tournaments and teams they have played in.
Team roster changes
Make the team pages track roster changes.
Team listing
On the top of the website, next to Matches, Events, Discussion and Forums, there should be a Teams page, which would show all of the teams in the database. Make it show teams that currently are in tournaments tracked by overgg by default. Also make it sortable by latest team roster changes.
Quick admin alert/report button
Add a button on match/team pages that allows people to alert the site admins of anything they need to be alerted of.
Bug: 404 page search
The search function uses google with teamfortress.tv instead of over.gg, which it shouldn't.

example: https://www.over.gg/faslkfasklf

I agree with player profiles, not so much roster changes and team listing.

The website is in an early stage and it's gonna have a bright future. Hopefully some changes and additions will come.

I would love a team listing so that I can quickly see which country a player is from without having to find the last tournament he/she played in.

You don't need to duplicate too much of liquidpedia. Unless you want to.

Actually now that I think about it, here is a couple suggestions

Night mode would be cool, a small button you can toggle in the top right or something that follows as you scroll

Showing what teams could be playing on TBD match pages.

Oh and notifications if youre mentioned or quoted would be cool too, something like this https://gyazo.com/645a27b438ae37cdd87f962e08791d48

What do you think of showing the placeholder matches TBD vs TBD?
Is it useful for your viewing experience or would you rather we hide them until a team (or teams) are known?

I think if we added another function telling which teams fed into the TBD, it would be perfect

Bump

Another nice feature would be something you can click to send you to the top or bottom of a thread.

This already exists per discussion page, little arrow at top and bottom

Regarding the TBD feature request, definitely something we will consider down the line.
For the time being our focus is on fleshing out the Events further.

One thing I miss from tftv is the sidebars staying when I go into a thread. I don't see why streams + recent discussion goes away when you click into any thread or non-main page.

What about an easily accessible list of favorite teams?

The new events page is really useful but the team names in group standings should be links. Also it'd be nice if the events pages had a list of links to relevant over.gg news articles.

Recent discussion is still there, it just doesn't appear to render on pages that aren't the index page. If you use Stylish, you can make it visible with

```#sidebar-left
{
display: inline;
}```
Can't do this with streams tho, the block of html for that is only sent on the index page.
People don't seem to get that this website can't be a carbon copy of HLTV. I don't think Overgg usually posts more than 1 or 2 news articles for an event anyways.
im a noob and ive never been on hltv; i was just trying to find the article about the pacific championship from the event page.
it doesn't help that the search bar only brings up the event page when i type in "pacific championship"
Hmm...
Well this is how HLTV does it, https://gyazo.com/116489db44473b179a2c11310f23b4ed.png pretty similar to what you mentioned
I noticed when teams with a high rating difference tied, it wouldn't change anything about their rating. Considering all the 4 map format that's been used recently, it would be cool to make rating changes with ties.
