My team is great on payload and control point maps but we seem to lose 75% of KOTH maps. We've usually been running two tanks, lucio, mei, and two dps.

2 tracer, 2 winston, 2 lucio 2 mccree, 1 winston, 1 zarya, 2 lucio or 1 lucio, 1 mercy

Be more confident than your opponents during the first fight
perma blocking the point with mei's wall/iceblock thing is a pretty cancer strat.
Our group had the same issues but we have started winning a lot more KOTH maps when we run with a lucio and winston
