Hey guys, we're opening up the gates for testing/early access for the North American Overwatch League or NOEL for short.
What is NOEL? NOEL is a Discord server designed to facilitate pugs in the Competitive Overwatch community where there is no place to do so. You can register your b.net tag with NOEL's pugbot, it assigns you a rating within the inhouse league, and allows you to enter lobbies with the bot. Captains are assigned, and wins/losses are reported and tracked and ratings are gained/lost. In order to maintain a relatively close skill level in the inhouse, registries are gated to only player with an Overwatch Ranked Skill Rating of 55 or more. This may change in the future but for now it works as an effective skill floor.
We use typical rules for current tournaments with Stopwatch being into effect as well as enforcing the one hero per team rule.
