Problem with forced vsync(?)

Hello,
I have an old 75 Hz monitor, so the game let me choose both 60 and 75 Hz refresh rates. So I noticed that when I choose 60 Hz, my FPS will be limited to 60 (and 75 FPS for 75 Hz) even though vsync and fps limits are off in game. I tried to create a profile for OW in Catalyst (VGA is AMD Radeon HD 7730M, and I know I won't get much more FPS than 75, but I want to deactivate vsync as it screws the performance) to force vsync to be off but it didn't help.

Did anyone have the same problem and know how to solve? My OS is Windows 10 64 bit and I play in full screen by the way.

There is an option in settings for vsync. Make sure that is turned off. As far as your frame rate, you can either have it capped at 30 (lol) or have it capped to your refresh rate. (which is fine)

Like I said, both FPS cap and vsync are off in-game, it seems something in my PC is forcing it.

And, for comparison, in TF2 and CSGO my FPS isn't capped.

Hi Doug, I can confirm the game is capped at around 10fps over the refresh rate.
