Esports Arenas next move in Overwatch

Hi all,

Samiface from Esports Arena here. After a somewhat long silence, we've kicked off a few months of Overwatch Arcade-style online tournaments that we hope will be low-commitment and high-entertainment. We're offering up some prize money and hope to continue with more Overwatch content!

I feel like live events at this point in the landscape would bring an expectation of a larger outlay of funds. We'll see how successful these tournaments are (we will cast some games online) and move on from there. These formats are still quite new and there's only one map so it's experimental ;)

Actually quite a large amount since it's 1v1 and 3v3. If you scaled it up based on personal winnings it's like playing a 20k tournament for the fireteam and a 50k for the duels. If my maths works that is.

Hope to see some good competition in these, should be fun.
