for example:

03:00 AM. I get it. but is the time auto-converted into the zone I am in?

if yes, then I would suggest to at the time zone to it.
like:
3:00 AM CET.

Its your timezone what you have set on the site. We dont have just ONE timezone what we use :)

(Like HLTV times are on CEST i think)
