ChangSik stated his contract with the team ended.

ChangSik joined Fusion University in late 2018 when Beast temporarily left the team while trying out for Overwatch League teams. When Beast rejoined the roster later, he and ChangSik split playing time at main tank.

ChangSik won two Contenders North America titles while with Fusion University. He also took home the trophy for the Atlantic Showdown and finished first in Contenders Trials Korea when Fusion University switched regions.

There are no main tanks on the Fusion University roster. They are rebuilding their team after several players joined the Overwatch League and a few others were released by the organization.

The next Contenders season begins with a seeding tournament later this month.
